Who we are
Xhale is a wellness retreat offered by Metayer Wellness Group LLC, doing business as Jess Breathe & Flow, based in Boston, Massachusetts ("we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@jessbreatheandflow.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, and phone, when you join our list, apply, or book.
- Booking details, such as room choice, travel dates, and emergency contact.
- Health and intake information you choose to share, such as medical conditions, allergies, and dietary needs, so we can keep you safe.
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic site data, such as pages visited, collected by our website and email tools.
How we use it
- To plan and run the retreat and communicate with you about it.
- To send updates about Xhale and Jess Breathe & Flow, if you joined our list. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- To process payments and keep accurate records.
- To keep guests safe during the retreat.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver the retreat: our co-facilitator Aleisha Agard; the venue, transport, and excursion providers; and our service providers, including Flodesk (email), Stripe and Wave (payments), and GitHub Pages (website hosting). Health information is shared only with those who need it for your safety. We never sell your information.
Photos
We only use identifiable photos of you in marketing if you opt in on your participant agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for legal and tax purposes. Health and intake information is deleted within 12 months after the retreat unless you ask us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to info@jessbreatheandflow.com.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to the people running the retreat. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
